For corporate and business affairs, there is also a small conference room available. This room seats 12-20 people, and is perfect for board meetings and small retreats. Please call for pricing and availability.

The large conference room listed above can accommodate 95 persons in a theater style set-up, and 40—60 in a classroom style set-up. A podium and large screen are available as well. A kitchen is attached to this room to assist your caterer with breakfast or luncheon meetings.

Rental of the entire facility is an excellent way to combine an afternoon or all-day meeting with an after-hours party or cocktail function. Simply use the upstairs with its spectacular harbor views for the business part of your day, and then have your clients move downstairs, where they can relax and enjoy Lowcountry cuisine directly on the water.
