2007 Rental Rates

Facility rental rates give access from 9am until 12 midnight (for set-up and break-down time) unless otherwise stated.

Wedding Ceremonies and/or Receptions

$2500 (access to entire facility)

Other Events with more than 125 Guests

$2500 (access to entire facility)

Smaller Private/Corporate Events Under 150 Guests

$1500 (Large Meeting Room OR Bay Area)

$2500 (access to entire facility)


***Please note that the Charleston Maritime Center observes a noise ordinance beginning at 9pm. All DJs, bands, and other amplified music or sound must be turned off at this time, and all events must end by 11pm to allow time for break-down by 12 midnight.

Our large meeting room comes with 15 rectangular banquet tables that measure 72"x 24", along with 80 Navy-colored padded chairs.

The Bay area comes with 10 rectangular tables that measure 72"x30", as well as 10 60" round tables and 100 white padded chairs.

The above rates include a refundable $200 damage/security deposit.

We have no linens on-site.
