Room Descriptions

The Large Meeting Room is located upstairs, and features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the harbor. This 1800 sq ft room can accommodate up to 90 for a seated dinner, 100-130 for a buffet-style reception, and up to 150-175 for a cocktail hour.

The Bay Area is an open-air space directly on the water, overlooking the docks of the Maritime Center. It features 2400 sq ft of interior space, along with a large concrete patio located between the building and the water. This space can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 2000 people, depending upon the usage of indoor and the outdoor spaces.

The Park Area is a one-acre grassy area bordered by palm trees, located adjacent to the Maritime Center. This space is perfect for elegant tented events and large festivals.
